Our history

TWO CITIES, TWO COUNTRIES, TWO LIVES. AND ONE DESTINATION: OUR STORY.

Sometimes, love arrives quietly, without a sound, yet we recognize it instantly, as if everything we had been before had led us to that very moment. From the first moment we laid eyes on each other, the world seemed to stop for a second, and in that instant we understood that we had found the love we had always dreamed of.

What began with a simple glance turned into something we never imagined: two souls instantly connected. Despite being separated by half a world, we quickly learned to love each other in every language and in every city.

Our love is eternal, and today our forever officially begins.

Dress Code

FORMAL DRESS REQUIRED

Men

It is mandatory to wear a suit jacket, three-piece suit, tuxedo, or morning coat, accompanied by a tie or bow tie, as preferred.

Woman

The use of a long dress is required. We strictly request to avoid the color white, as well as any shade derived from its color range, which are reserved exclusively for the bride. Likewise, respecting the protocol of the Seville Cathedral, it is necessary to keep the shoulders covered during the religious ceremony. Therefore, if the dress does not have sleeves, we obligatorily request the use of a cape, shawl, or stole to cover the shoulder area while we remain inside the Seville Cathedral.

Seville

Seville is a sight of history, a place where every stone keeps secrets from past times. Founded by the Romans more than two thousand years ago as Hispalis, the city flourished under the Visigoths and reached an unforgettable splendor during the Muslim period, when it became an important cultural and commercial center of Al-Andalus.

With the Reconquest, Seville was transformed into a Christian enclave of great relevance, and its port became the gateway to the New World. From here, vessels loaded with dreams and hopes departed toward America, making the city a bridge between worlds and cultures that is still reflected today in its essence.

The majestic Giralda, which began as a minaret and later rose as the bell tower of the cathedral, remains as a silent witness of these periods and as a symbol of the cultural fusion that has made Seville great. The Alcázar, a palace of kings and legends, invites one to lose oneself among gardens and courtyards where water and light intertwine in an eternal embrace. Plaza de España, open and monumental, reflects in its tiles the history and soul of every corner of the country, bathed in the warm light that only Seville knows how to give.

On the banks of the Guadalquivir, the Torre del Oro rises as a guardian of the river and of the maritime history of the city, while the narrow streets of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, with their hidden squares and flowered courtyards, evoke times of poets, dreamers, and lovers who have left their mark on every corner. Seville is also life, emotion, and celebration: in Triana, a neighborhood of potters, sailors, and singers, flamenco beats strongly with tradition.

Holy Week (Santa Semana) moves with its processions, its silence, and its nazarenos. The April Fair (Feria de Abril) transforms the city into an outburst of color, music, and shared joy. Between the scent of orange blossom, the murmur of the Guadalquivir, and the golden reflections of the light on its tiles, Seville invites one to dream, to discover, and to fall in love...

What to see in Seville?

Cathedral

The largest Gothic cathedral in the world is a testament to faith and art that leaves visitors breathless. With its majestic facade, interiors filled with decorated chapels, and the famous main altarpiece, it is a place where history, architecture, and spirituality meet. It is also the resting place of Christopher Columbus.

Giralda

An undisputed symbol of Seville, it is an impressive bell tower that combines Islamic and Renaissance architecture. Originally the minaret of the old mosque, it now stands majestically next to the cathedral, offering panoramic views of the city. Climbing its ramps is like traveling through centuries of history while admiring the beauty of Seville from above.

Royal Alcazars

This fortified palace is the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe. To wander through its rooms is to discover the perfect harmony between Mudéjar, Gothic, and Renaissance art. From its Islamic foundations to its Christian halls, every Mudéjar arch and every tile tells a chronicle of coexistence. Its gardens where the water from the fountains whispers legends of kings and poets are a refuge where time seems to have stood still to preserve the splendor of Al-Andalus and the Crown of Castile.

Tower of Gold

Raised by the Almohads, this defensive tower was part of the wall system that protected the Alcázares and the port. It has seen the entire history of Seville pass by the Guadalquivir. Its name evokes the brightness of its walls reflected in the river, but its true wealth resides in having been the last greeting for the navigators who departed and the first embrace for those who returned.

Spain Square

Plaza de España is one of the masterpieces of Sevillian architecture. It combines Renaissance and Mudejar styles, forming a majestic semicircle with canals, bridges, and tiles that represent all the provinces of Spain.

Maria Luisa Park

Former gardens of the Palace, this Eden was the gift of the Infanta María Luisa to her city. It is a botanical poem full of pavilions dedicated to the greats of literature. Under the shade of its centenarian trees and the flight of the doves, history becomes landscape, inviting one to get lost in the purest romanticism of Seville.

Mushrooms

In the historic Plaza de la Encarnación, the past and the future meet under the largest wooden structure in the world. Under its avant-garde curves sleeps the Antiquarium, with Roman and Arab remains that narrate the life of ancient Hispalis. It is the symbol of a Seville that knows how to look to tomorrow without forgetting the memories of yesterday.

Triana Bridge

It is the oldest iron bridge in Spain. Its arches do not only join two banks, but connect monumental Seville with the seafaring, pottery-making, and flamenco soul of the Triana district, the neighborhood with the most character in the city.

Santa Cruz

Heir to the ancient Jewish Quarter, this labyrinth of lime and shade is the emotional heart of Seville. Its narrow streets were not laid out for the passage of carriages. Each hidden square and each wrought-iron cross are testimonies of a mystical past where history is breathed in the scent of orange blossoms and in the silence of its courtyards filled with flowers.
